PRIVACY NOTICE
This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect on this site, what we use it for and how you can ask to see, correct or delete it.
Who is responsible
The person responsible for your data is Freddy Juarez, coach at Espartanos Fight Club, in Mexico City. For anything about your data, write to freddyvonrush@gmail.com.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form: your name, phone number, goal, experience, preferred schedule, neighborhood or area and whether you want a trial session. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and your messages. While you browse, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages visited, buttons used, device and browser type, and approximate city or country. It uses cookies to do this.
What we use it for
To answer your message, agree on the place and time of your training and follow up with you as a student. Google Analytics data tells us how many people visit the site and which buttons they use, so we can improve it. We do not use the advertising features of Google Analytics.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. The form is processed by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, which passes your answers on to us. Visit statistics are processed by Google. What you send us on WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp policies.
How to see, correct or delete your data
You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or object to our using it. To ask, write to freddyvonrush@gmail.com with your name and your request and we will reply.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while we are in contact with you as a student or prospective student. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
